When we were approached by ‘Annapate Rice & Pulse Traders‘ for a brand identity and the packaging for their rice brand, we could feel how serious they were about it. After a few sessions of brainstorming and study of the trend, we came up with the logo that effectively expresses the core values of the brand.
There are several rice brands in any Indian market. Unfortunately most of them are not serious about the brand’s personality. We always tell our customers, If your logo looks childish and insignificant, people will doubt your ability to deliver your products/services. Annapate had an idea of combining rice panicle and a rice pot in the logo. We worked around it and enveloped a classy, minimalist, line- art logo. Line-art logos are current and on-trend. This style of logos work equally well in color or in black and white. We used a font that gels perfectly well with the line art in weight and form.
